My practice blends three core areas—East Asian Medicine, Somatic Counselling, and Astrological Consultation—to provide you with personalized, robust, and transformative care.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, seeking psychospiritual balance, or deepening holistic health, my trauma-informed, polyvagal-based approach integrates mindfulness, somatic practices, and traditional & modern techniques to support your journey.
Somatic Counselling
My approach to counselling integrates mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care to support healing that is both embodied and relational. A former Zen Buddhist monastic, I’ve guided individuals, educators, therapists, parents, and healthcare professionals in meditative and embodied practices since 2011. My work draws on over a decade of professional performance experience, giving me a deep sensitivity to the personal body, the group body, and the subtle signals that live beneath words.
I’m certified in Parts Work, Attachment Theory, the Resilience Toolkit, Right Use of Power, the Wheel of Consent, Diversity & Inclusion (DEIB), Emotional Freedom Technique, and therapeutic tremor. I also offer the NADA protocol for addiction and trauma recovery. My sessions incorporate Theory U, a framework for transformative change developed at MIT, and are grounded in a polyvagal-informed understanding of self- and co-regulation.
Somatic counselling with me is not about fixing what’s broken—it’s about listening to the body’s wisdom, honouring its survival strategies, and gently restoring trust, presence, and connection. This work supports clients navigating stress, grief, burnout, trauma, identity shifts, and relational challenges—with care, nuance, and depth.

Astrological Counselling
As a naturopath and acupuncturist, my primary commitment is to clinical care that is grounded, precise, and personalized. Astrological counselling is one of the tools I draw on to deepen that care—not as a standalone service, but as a way to listen more closely to the rhythms that shape your inner and outer landscapes.
Using planetary transits, natal chart insights, and elemental correspondences, I attune to the subtle influences that may be echoing through your body, emotions, and life cycles. Astrology, in this context, isn’t predictive—it’s pattern-based, poetic, and relational. It helps illuminate what may be ripening for change, where the body is holding archetypal tension, or how timing might support integration.
This work lives quietly beneath the surface of your treatment plan, guiding when we act, what we support, and how we pace transformation. It’s not a detour from evidence-based care—it’s a dialogue between pulse and planet, body and sky.

East Asian Medicine
I’ve been practicing intuitive and somatic healing since 2009, beginning with Reiki training through private apprenticeship. In 2012, I completed Shiatsu studies at the Ohashi Institute in New York, deepening my understanding of meridian-based bodywork. My approach is additionally shaped by decades of immersion in somatics, including Klein Technique™, Alexander Technique, Body-Mind Centering®, Kinetic Awareness®, functional anatomy, and neuromuscular re-education.
Since 2022, I’ve been pursuing certification in East Asian Medicine with a focus on acupuncture for hormonal health, psychospiritual trauma, and infectious disease support, including HIV and STIs. My treatments blend ancient wisdom with trauma-informed care, offering gentle, personalized support for nervous system regulation and long-term wellbeing.
Services include acupuncture (body and ear), cupping, moxibustion, Shiatsu massage, herbal medicine, and holistic nutrition and lifestyle guidance—all tailored to your unique constitution.
