Moxibustion or “moxa”, an ancient healing technique using control-burned mugwort, is applied in my practice primarily to address autoimmune issues, post- and long Covid symptoms, and support for neurodivergence symptoms by stimulating acupuncture points, enhancing circulation, and modulating the immune system. Clients experience relaxation, improved energy and emotional balance, and relief from specific health concerns, with treatments tailored to individual needs. This is particularly helpful for those who are “needle-shy”.
