Pricing

Let’s get real.

Most of us don’t like talking about money.

It can bring up fear, doubt, and judgment. It can activate shame and insecurity. But it doesn’t have to! That is why I have come up with this guide to how we can talk about and think about our financial exchange for sessions together.

The baseline costs associated with working together:

TypeRate
Individual Session90 €
Team Training &
Wellness at Work
600 €
90-min Workshop 400 €

I am, however, committed to accessibility and collective liberation.

That means I offer tiered sliding scale pricing (see below). The sliding scale represents the idea that financial resources, including income, are not and should not be the only determining factor in whether someone can access services and care.

So, these are the principles of the sliding scale:

  • Difficulty: If paying for this service would be difficult, but not detrimental, it qualifies as a sacrifice. You might have to cut back on other spending in your life, but this will not have a long term harmful impact on your life.
    • Select the “Sustainable” tier.
  • Hardship: If, however, paying for a service would lead to a harmful impact on your life, such as not being able to put food on the table, pay rent, or pay for your transportation to get to work, then you are dealing with hardship.
    • You could consider selecting the “Resilience” tier
  • Solidarity: Pricing in solidarity with individuals experiencing hardship, especially if they are of the global majority (BIPOC), experience a disability, have an identity on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum, serve in a social service role, or are in school getting their first degree.
    • If you can support me in supporting these folks, select the “Solidarity” tier.

Those who can consider paying lower on the sliding scale:

  • People with dependents, like children or other family members;
  • Those grappling with unstable or inconsistent housing;
  • Those facing unemployment, underemployment, or insufficient pay;
  • People dealing with medical expenses not covered by insurance;
  • Those with limited access to higher education;
  • Individuals holding a racial identity or immigration status, often targeted by the state;
  • People eligible for public assistance.

Please pay higher on the sliding scale if you:

  • Hold investments like savings, real estate, stocks, or retirement accounts;
  • Have a regular (monthly) payslip;
  • Have access to financial security (like direct family, or inheritance);
  • Have economic privilege or systemic power;
  • Have a university degree;
  • Are at low risk for being targeted by the state due to gender, race, class and ability;
  • Have access to private legal aid, if necessary;
  • Work part-time by choice.
