Presencing Facilitation

“Presencing” is a term that combines presence and sensing. It represents a state of being fully present and open to the emerging future possibilities. It involves deepening your awareness, suspending judgment, and connecting with your inner wisdom and intuition. Presencing is a key component of transformative processes, where individuals or groups shift their perspective and connect with their highest future potential. Presencing Facilitation sessions allow you, you and your partner(s), or a group to gain clarity about intentions and purpose, making meaningful decisions aligned with your authentic self and the emerging future possibilities.

Resilience Coaching

Life is full of ups and downs, and building resilience is essential for navigating these challenges. My resilience coaching sessions focus on developing the skills and mindset needed to bounce back from adversity, build emotional strength and flexibility, and thrive in the face of life’s uncertainties.

Trauma and Addiction Recovery

Healing from trauma and addiction is a profound journey that requires competent guidance and support. My trauma and addiction recovery support provides a safer and compassionate space for individuals to explore their experiences, process their emotions, and develop healthier strategies for lasting, self-compassionate, and sustainable recovery. (This is, however, not a replacement in the event psychiatric intervention is needed.)

Abuse can take many forms, whether it’s through narcissistic and codependent relationships, high-demand communities and organizations, or even cults. I provide specialized support for survivors, helping them heal, rebuild their lives, and regain their sense of self-worth and agency. My research-based methods are designed to empower you to overcome challenges, rediscover your inner strength, and create a life that aligns with your true self, not the version of yourself distorted by abuse and trauma.
