Wellness at Work

This work is for teams and organizations ready to move beyond burnout culture, reactive dynamics, and surface-level solutions—toward a workplace culture rooted in nervous system awareness, mindful relating, and collective care. Drawing from mindfulness, polyvagal theory, and attachment-informed approaches, we cultivate conditions where human flourishing becomes possible—not as a strategy for productivity, but as a value in itself.

Workshops for Teams

Interactive and embodied, these workshops introduce key concepts and practices from somatics (nervous system regulation, polyvagal-informed mindfulness, and relational intelligence).

We’ll explore how stress responses show up in the workplace, how to foster co-regulation, and how to move through tension without collapse or explosion. Sessions are experiential, not lecture-based, and tailored to the needs and culture of your team. Think of these as recalibration labs, not performance drills.

Topics include:

  • Navigating change with nervous system awareness
  • Building a culture of co-regulation and repair
  • Attachment patterns at work: how we relate under stress
  • Foundations of trauma-informed communication

Ongoing Consulting & Relational Culture Support

Sustainable transformation doesn’t happen in a single workshop. With ongoing support, we can co-create a relational field that is flexible, accountable, and alive. This can include workplace assessments, leadership coaching, staff process facilitation, and support in metabolizing collective tensions as they arise.

Focus areas may include:

  • Cultivation of a secure-functioning collective nervous system
  • Support for difficult transitions, ruptures, and repair processes
  • Designing rhythms and rituals for relational maintenance

Trauma-Informed Communication

Communication is not just what is said—it’s how nervous systems speak to each other beneath the words. In this offering, we support your team in learning how to recognize stress patterns in dialogue, avoid re-traumatizing responses, and repair ruptures in ways that build trust rather than erode it. This is not about mastering techniques—it’s about becoming more attuned, responsive, and accountable in real time.

Skills we cultivate:

  • Recognizing survival responses in communication
  • Repairing misattunement without blame or avoidance
  • Creating agreements that centre safety, clarity, and care

Cultivating Conscious Leadership

Leadership isn’t about control or charisma—it’s about stewardship and relational maturity. Conscious leaders know how to hold paradox, stay grounded in uncertainty, and model accountability when things get messy. This offering supports leaders in developing the internal capacity to be steady, responsive, and relationally aware in complex times.

Leadership support includes:

  • Making decisions from presence, not reactivity
  • Coaching grounded in polyvagal and attachment theory
  • Navigating visibility, vulnerability, and responsibility
  • Developing emotional and relational range
